Process & Timeline

You browse jobs, apply online (15 min), we review your documents, match you with an employer, file the work permit, and brief you for arrival. Total time: 8–14 weeks.

8–14 weeks on average. Germany and Norway can sometimes be faster for high-demand skills like healthcare and IT. Croatia and Poland tend to be 6–10 weeks.

We recommend focusing on one application at a time to ensure the best processing quality. You can always apply for a second job after your first application progresses.

Rejection is rare (<5% of cases). If it happens, we analyze the reason, advise on corrections, and re-file at no additional service charge.

Documents & Requirements

Minimum: valid passport (18+ months remaining validity), updated CV, and a recent photo. Some jobs require trade certificates, medical fitness certificates, or police clearance. All requirements are listed per job.

Yes. Most European countries require your passport to be valid for at least 18 months at the time of application. 24 months is safer.

Some positions (especially healthcare and childcare roles in Germany) require a clean criminal background check from your home country. We advise you when this applies.

Many of our positions (construction, hospitality, logistics) accept on-the-job experience in place of formal education. We assess your profile and advise on the best fit.

The fee covers our full service: document verification, employer matching, work permit application filing, all government liaison, and pre-departure briefing. No hidden fees.

The fee is non-refundable once your file is opened and submitted to authorities. We only proceed when we are confident in your application. Our success rate is 95%.

Yes. Most job listings offer an installment option. You can pay a deposit upfront and the remainder over 1–2 months. Details are shown on each job listing.

Bank transfer (most popular), online payment, and cash in office. All payments are officially receipted.

After Approval

Once your work permit is granted and you have been working for a defined period (varies by country, usually 3–6 months), you can apply for family reunification. We advise on this after your permit is approved.

We provide guidance and resources for finding accommodation before arrival. For some employer packages, accommodation is arranged directly by the employer.

We provide a 30-day post-arrival support line. We help with SIM cards, local registration, banking, and any workplace issues in the first month.

Work permits are typically tied to a specific employer and job category. Changing employers usually requires a new permit. We advise case by case.
